Frequently Asked Questions
-
No referral is required to begin. Families can contact us directly to schedule an evaluation or consultation.
-
We are currently an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. We can provide a superbill for families who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance benefits. We’re happy to help you understand what that process looks like before getting started.
-
We accept payment in the form of cash, check, all major credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA. Payment is due in full at the time of service. At this time, we do not offer payment plans. All fees are reviewed with you clearly before services begin.
-
We prioritize timely access to care and are often able to schedule evaluations within the same week. If availability is limited, we’ll communicate that upfront and offer the soonest option that works for your family.
-
Instead of adding one more place to drive, we come to you—at home, school, or daycare—so therapy fits into your real life. After each session, we send a simple update so you always know how things are going.
-
We support both pediatric and adult clients. Services are individualized based on age, goals, and communication needs.
-
We provide support for speech and language delays, early communication skills, social communication, feeding and swallowing concerns, and cognitive-communication needs. Every plan is tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
-
Evaluations are comprehensive and tailored to your concerns. We gather case history, complete formal and informal assessment, and observe communication or feeding skills as needed. You’ll leave with clear results, interpretation, and recommended next steps.
-
If you have concerns about communication, feeding, swallowing, developmental milestones, or cognitive communication skills an evaluation or screening is the best first step. Even if therapy is not needed, we can provide guidance and reassurance.
-
No. Our goal is to help you fully understand your child’s or your own communication needs and feel confident about next steps—whatever those may be. Some families choose to begin therapy right away, while others prefer to take time, try home strategies, or revisit services later.
-
